I weighed Sunday morning (yesterday) and weighed in at 295. That was down a pound and a half from the day before!
Weighed in this morning (why do I do this to myself?) and weighed in at 296 1/2 lbs.
I'm sticking with the 295 figure, cause there's no way to gain a pound and a half overnight except by having that much fluid, etc. still floating around in my body.
My next goal is 289 lbs. I should reach that in a week or so, don't you think?
