I've latched on to a great little community at 3 Fat Chicks. There's some really unbelievable before and after pics if you do a little digging.
Weighed in this morning at 294.6. Nice.
Had some of the Maryland Crab soup by Medifast (courtesy of my coach, Denise). Man it was good! Spicy and thick. I love it.
So menu yesterday was:
Breakfast: oatmeal (medifast)
Mid morning: meal bar (medifast)
Lunch: soup (medifast)
Mid afternoon: shake (medifast)
Dinner: 6 oz. pork steak, 1 cup of yellow squash and one cup of salad greens
Evening meal: shake (medifast)
