2 pounds gone!
I had a nice surprise this morning. The scale read 280 lbs. That's about 5 lbs for the week! Whoop!

We have lift off!
I'm pretty excited. This morning I weighed in at 296.8 lbs. Holy cow, I've lost almost 18 pounds since the 19th of this month.
I was hoping for a pound loss this morning on the scale (since I obsessively weigh every day), but whoa!
All the Medifast foods are tasting better now that I've figured out how to jazz them up without effecting cals and carbs.
My next goal: 289.
