Just wanted to encourage you to keep up with your efforts to be more active and more aware of what you eat. This is also something I am working on myself. More than anything I think it is most important to get moving, as latryce said the improved diet will come with that.

Have you found exercise helps with the stress of life and work? I know for me it does, it's my escape, my time for just me and well the treadmill but still..just me.

Keep at it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15047233.post-1129077660358946932005-10-11T17:41:00.000-07:002005-10-11T17:41:00.000-07:00Thanks RanMan for noticing the not eating enough.....Thanks RanMan for noticing the not eating enough...I need the support. It is like this largely due to not having a refrigerator yet. Ack! (laughing) You will see my meal changes drastically come November (and my refrigerator).

The meals I have choosen for the past couple of weeks are meal plans drafted by a Bally's Fitness program. I've basically been repeating the same meal for two weeks now. Unintentionally tho. For now I've been limited on what I can create for my meals for the week.

Fresh vegetables aand fruits gets expensive but it us well worth it. I eat about 6 meals a day and things are going well. Just need to get a refrigerator.

Keep up the good work on your weight loss. You'll get into your rhythm of eating better & exercising.

Just think of it like I do: work on one diligently and the other will soon follow. It's easier for me to exercise. Now I'm more concientious about what I eat, because I don't want to sabbotage my workout efforts.

Now, I still indulge in good food. Like I made a fabulous choco-peanut butter cake this weekend and ate several slices of it. What's the choco-peanut butter cake made of, you ask? A fudge bundt cake with reese's peanut butter cups baked inside, melted chocolate drizzled on top, and melted peanut butter drizzled on top of that.

Soooooo....indulge here & there. But try to behave the rest of the time...I'm here wit'cha!Latrycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17771314101061657427noreply@blogger.com
